About this Speaker

Caroline has over 25 years of experience in executive, management and staff development. She entered this field following completion of an MSc in HR and Business Management and BA (Hons) in Economics because of her passion in aligning organisational success to culture and behaviour. Having worked in a number of industry sectors including retail, telecommunications and financial

services she has utilised her broad experience and disciplines to assist organisations through change by designing and implementing successful initiatives that contribute to the bottom line as well as the retention and motivation of staff across all levels.

Caroline’s first role out of university was in graduate recruitment for a major retailer ever since then she has been passionate about spotting and supporting the development of emerging talent. At Brit her team are responsible for all graduates, apprenticeships and internship programmes and they are using these as a vehicle to increase the diversity of teams at Brit and the Lloyd’s market.

In her role at Brit, as Head of Talent Development, she has introduced a range of activities including cultural change programmes, executive education, leadership development and functional academies.
