Sam Martin has worked across a variety of businesses and sectors, following his interest in commercial management and more recently leaning more into operations. Sam began in Financial Services (Investment Banking) before moving to Diageo.
At Diageo, he learnt commercial negotiation and account management skills within the Convenience sector. Sam left Diageo to run his own business (funded by Diageo and other FMCGs) and then joined Amazon to head up their Sports Apparel business unit.
More recently Sam was at Uber Eats, acting as their Head of Innovation, Head of Commercial Operations and Emerging Channels. He is currently General Manager for Karma Kitchen - Karma is a scale-up building Dark Kitchens across Europe.
