Zoe grew up and went to school in Kent, but last year she graduated from the London School of Economics where she studied 'International Social and Public Policy'. Before university, Zoe took a year to do some volunteer work abroad to get some insight into what she wanted to study, as well as provide her with work experience that she could use when applying for jobs. Zoe ended up running a women's empowerment project in India and an environmental education class in Indonesia, which was amazing. She continued doing lots of travelling and volunteering during her time in university and was also involved in a number of societies, as well as completing internships and working part-time with educational charities (including GT Scholars). Zoe now works as a mentor for young adult care leavers, and will soon be starting a new job with the Prince's Trust.
